Amazingly enough, when I had my Greddy SP (that rusted out in 2 years) the car didn't sound like crap. But typically a car with a straight pipe sounds like garbage.

If you want to quiet it down even more without installing a cat, then you could try welding in another resonator. My solution to this problem was ditching my aftermarket exhaust and installing the stock cat and exhaust [img]smile.gif[/img]

Hello, I just put a JRSC on my 00 SI and love it.. Man what a difference it makes. I am running the stock pulley but it is reading 8lbs of boost? I spoke with Keith at JR and he told me that the only reason the have ever seen more psi than what it's supposed to be in because of cylinder pressure. I must have good compression then.. My question is I have a Thermal axle back with a Greddy midpipe and test pipe and it's buzzy as hell.. I want to nice and mellow.. Would adding a high flow cat or another resonator to the B-Pipe make a difference in the sound and how much would I hurt the performance?
